Description
Polka dot tiered skirt designed by Joseph Ribkoff has a solid waistband. This midi skirt has three tiers that alternate from small to large polka dot patterns, and ruffled, asymmetrical hemline falls from below the knee to mid-calf. It also features a slip-on style with an elastic waist and a high-low skirt. It's a Black/White Slip-on relaxed fitted cut good for birthday parties and get-togethers.
